Review.Network and REW KYC Procedure

In order for investors to pass our KYC procedure, we need the following information:

• First name
• Family name
• Date of birth
• Nationality and place of residence if different
• Email address
• ETH wallet information for receiving your REW tokens.
• Government-issued photo identity document type (Passport/Driver license/National ID)
• A scanned copy of that identity document
• Proof of address (Utility Bill or Credit Card statement)

For bigger investors we need the following extra information in order to satisfy our KYC requirements.

0-10,000 EUR: documents as per above;

10,001-50,000 EUR: cumulatively as per the above plus source of income and self-declaration regarding origin of funds;

50,001-100,000 EUR: cumulatively as per above plus proof of source of income (copy of pay slip, crypto Address, tax return, etc.);

100,001+EUR all of the above plus reference letter from lawyer, accountant, or bank;
